Invictus, operator of the CommercialIQ service, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on new subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and locate your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Contact us at support@commercialiq.lovable.app and we will help you through the process.
What's covered
The 30-day guarantee applies to your initial subscription purchase. Renewals are not automatically refundable, but you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings to prevent future renewals. If a renewal was charged in error or you did not intend to renew, contact us and we will work with Paddle in good faith to resolve it.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
